The majority of my work is found object sculptures with a particular leaning toward pieces to be displayed in garden spaces. I use metal, wood, and stone to produce abstract works that have their own presence, but also complement their outdoor environments. Gardening is under my nails and I have worked in the industry in various positions almost all my life. These experiences shape my artwork and feed my enjoyment of integrating sculpture into landscape.

Experience One:
Rock Star: You will join me at my studio for a two hour session you will be integral in producing your very own garden “Rock Star”. We will take a roughly 2’ X 2’ thin piece of blue slate and through chiseling into the stone, and/or staining its surface, we will permanently imprint a star image on the stone. Your
input will shape the design and methods used to produce the piece and you can be as hands on, or hands off, as you like in its production.
